How to Cancel or Downgrade My Membership

You can cancel through your Pageant Planet Dashboard using these steps:

  1. Login to your Pageant Planet Dashboard. If you are not taken to your dashboard, click here. 
  2. Select the profile with the active membership.
    Note: If you're a pageant, you'll need to go to the pageant you're trying to cancel your membership for.

  3. Click the "Membership" tab and select "Cancel."

    Note: on mobile, the "Membership" tab is under the dropdown menu under "Profile" for Contestants and Businesses and "Events" for Pageants.

  4. You will be taken to a form to request a cancelation.

You can also email email support@pageantplanet.com to cancel or downgrade your membership.

All cancelation requests must be made before payment to receive a refund. A refund will not be issued after a payment is processed.
