How to Change the End Date of a Go Crown Me

 

Key Steps (Desktop):

1. Click on your profile picture on the top right corner

2. Click "My Dashboard"

3. Make sure your profile is being viewed as a "Contestant"

4. On the menu bar you'll see "Go Crown Me", click "Go Crown Me" 

5. Find your Go Crown Me on the dashboard, and click the pencil icon

6. Once, here you'll be able to edit the dates and once completed click "update"

 

Key Steps (Mobile):

1. Click on your profile picture on the top right corner

2. Click "My Dashboard"

3. Make sure your profile is being viewed as a "Contestant"

4. Click "Profile" and then in the drop-down menu select "Go Crown Me"

5. Find your Go Crown Me on the dashboard, and click the pencil icon

6. Once, here you'll be able to edit the dates and once completed click "update"

 

Important Notes:

  • If you want to withdraw money for a milestone and its end date is in future, then you need to update the end date to current date.
  • Please note that if the milestone end date is still in future and you have made it inactive then you will not be able to request your payout so make sure your milestone is active and completed to request your raised money with us.
  • If an inactive milestone has already ended and you are unable to activate it or edit it then you can share the milestone and user profile with us, we'll help you.
