How do I sell products on Pageant Planet?

Objective:

To effectively list a product or service for sale on Pageant Planet.

Key Steps:

  1. Log in or sign up on Pageant Planet.

  2. Click on "My Dashboard" after logging in.

  3. If you haven't listed any products yet, click on "Sell." If you have already listed products, click on "Manage Products."

  4. Select the product or service you want to sell.

  5. Fill in the necessary details such as category, subcategories, event, product title, price, inventory number, minimum inventory, and product description.

  6. Optionally, include a link to a YouTube video showcasing your product or service.

  7. Upload a PDF with instructions for the buyer on next steps after purchase. (If applicable.)

  8. Specify the countries you are willing to sell to.

  9. Upload a high-quality logo.

  10. Click on "Save" to finalize the listing.

Cautionary Notes:

  • Ensure all details are accurate and compelling to potential buyers.

  • Double-check the inventory settings to avoid overselling or underselling.

  • Follow Pageant Planet guidelines for listing products and services.

Tips for Efficiency:

  • Utilize the inventory settings creatively for special deals or limited offers.

  • Provide clear and detailed instructions for buyers in the product description.

  • Keep the listing visually appealing with high-quality images and logos.

  • Visit, the shop section and then click filter -> Sort By -> Most Recent to see how your product looks after you published it. If the image quality isn't good you'll have trouble selling your item.

  • If you want to feature the pageant where your item was worn you can add that by tagging the event in the field titled, "The pageant where this item was worn".

Any items sold by a vendor on Pageant Planet will be held for 72 hours after the buyer has received your package or until the buyer has confirmed that the item they received matches the description and image(s) uploaded by the vendor. All vendors will be paid via ACH or wire transfer. Payment will be issued within 72 business hours after the seller's bank details have been entered and if the buyer does not issue a dispute. 

By following these steps, you can successfully list a product or service for sale on Pageant Planet.
