How to tag/untag a profile in a photo

FOR CONTESTANTS

To tag another profile, follow these steps: 

  1. Login to your Pageant Planet Dashboard. If you are not taken to your dashboard, click here. Make sure the "View your profile as" is set to "Contestant". 
  2. Click on "Gallery" from the top tab

  3. You will see a list of Albums added to your account. Click on the album you'd like to update.
  4. Upload a photo or click the pencil icon on the photo you'd like to tag.

  5. Click anywhere on the photo to tag another profile. It will ask for the type of tag and then the person's name. Click "Save" after you are done selecting.

You may also remove tags using the x next to each tag.

FOR PAGEANTS

  1. Login to your Pageant Planet Dashboard. If you are not taken to your dashboard, click here. Make sure the "View your profile as" is set to "Pageant".
  2. You will see the list of pageants you are in. Click "Manage" on the pageant you'd like to add photos to.

  3. Select "Gallery" from the dropdown menu.

  4. You will see the Albums you have added in your profile. Select the album you want to tag/untag a photo in. If no albums appear, click "Add Album" and add an area of competition to get a corresponding album.

  5. Select the photo you want to tag or untag & click the pencil icon on the photo. If you have no photos, click "Add Images" and select the event that the image is from.

6. You will get a popup with a link, which will take you to event page as images cannot be directly tagged from Pageant Gallery.

7. After you are redirected to Event Gallery, click the album again and then select the photo you want to tag or untag & click the pencil icon on the photo. Alternatively, you can directly go to the event page from the "Events" link in the Pageant siderbar and then click on Gallery link under the event. 

8. Click anywhere on the photo to tag the item. Click the x next to any tag to untag it. 

 

FOR EXPERTS (i.e. coaches, retailers, trainers, photograhers)

  1. Create an expert profile or Login to your Pageant Planet Dashboard. If you are not taken to your dashboard, click here. Make sure the "View your profile as" is set to coach, emcee, designer, etc.
  2. Click on "My Work" from the tab on top menu on the expert dashboard.

  3. Add a new contestant/event album or select an album that already exists.
  4. Select the photo you want to tag or untag & click the pencil icon on the photo. If you have no photos, click "Add Images" and select the event that the image is from.

  5. Click anywhere on the image to tag the photo. It will ask for the type of tag and then the person's name. Click "Save" after you are done selecting.
