If you want to change or upload a profile photo, visit this article for help.

To upload a photo, you'll first need to create an album. For help on that, see this guide. To add a photo to an existing album, follow these steps:

1. Login to your Pageant Planet Dashboard. If you are not taken to your dashboard, click here.

For contestants:

2. Make sure the "View your profile as" is set to "Contestant". If you're on mobile, click Profile Details then select Gallery from the drop-down menu. If you're on a desktop, select the Gallery tab from the top. You will see the list of Albums added. 

3.  Select the album you want to add a photo to.

4. Upload the photo by selecting "Add Images" and click "Save" after you are done.

Pro tip: After you upload your image, tag your photographers, trainer, and coach. This will give them credit for all the help they have provided you along the way and will allow your image to be featured on their profiles. Oh, and when you tag the appropriate phase of competition in your photo, this will qualify you to be selected in our Best in Pageantry awards.

For businesses:

2. Make sure the "View your profile as" is set correctly. If you're on mobile, click Profile Details, then select My Work from the drop-down menu. If you're on a desktop, select the My Work tab.

3. You will see the list of albums added. Select the album you want to add a photo to. 

4. Upload the photo by selecting "Add Images" and click "Save" after you are done.

Pro tip: After you upload your images, tag the event that the contestant competed in. This will feature the image on the event and pageant profiles, which will increase your exposure and will qualify you for our Best in Pageantry awards. 

For pageants:

2. Make sure the "View your profile as" is set to "Pageant". You will see the list of Pageants you have enrolled in. Select the pageant you want to add a photo to.

3. You will see the list of events for that pageant. Click on "Gallery" from the left sidebar. And you will see the list of Albums added. 

4. Your albums correspond with the phases of competitions in your pageant. If you need help adding an album, visit this article. 

5. Select the album you want to add a photo to.

6. Upload the photo by selecting "Add Images" and click "Save" after you are done.

Pro tip: After you upload your images, tag the contestants in the image as well as the photographer who took the images. This will feature the image on the contestant and photographer's profiles, which will increase your exposure and will help you place better in our Best in Pageantry awards.
