Lead credits are given to experts (e.g., coaches, photographers, trainers) and pageants based on their advertising packages.

• Lead credits are used to claim leads.
• Lead credits expire after 90 days and renew every 30 days, regardless of whether you paid for an annual or monthly advertising package.

When contestants visit our site looking for a pageant to compete in or a pageant expert to work with, they fill out a form with their information.  That information is the "lead." 

The experts (advertisers) can contact leads. They need to claim a lead using a lead credit.   

Leads expire (can no longer be an eligible lead to contact) when they have been claimed ten times or if it has been longer than 90 days since the lead was created.

We allow each lead to be claimed up to ten times. This gives the expert choices. Additionally, we found roughly 30% of all claimed leads are never contacted. 

Please note that the following instructions are given on a mobile device. If you're accessing leads from your desktop, your screen will look different in some sections.

How to claim the leads? 

1. Login. 

2. Go to your Dashboard.

If you're a director...

3. Make sure the "View your profile as" is set to "Pageant".  
   - Click "Manage" for the pageant you want to claim the leads for

4. You will be taken to the Events page.  From the "Events" dropdown, select "Recruit Contestants".

If you're on a desktop, you can select "Potential Contestants" from the left sidebar.

Please note: If you're a non-advertiser, every 30 days the site will redirect you to the "Advertise" section when you click "Potential Contestants". Should that happen, click "Advertise" and then select "Potential Contestants" again. 

5. Scroll down to the "Contestants Looking for a Pageant" section, and you will see the list of contestants. To see the details of the contestants, you can click on the "eye" icon on the right side. 

6. Select the contestants you want to claim for, add them to the cart, and you can purchase it.  Or you can directly click on the "Pay Now" option from the contestant's detail, and it will take you to the checkout page. 

Note: If you will have the credits available in your account, you will be able to claim the leads without purchasing it. If you want to reveal the contact information of a contestant, you can select a contact and then click "Claim Now".

If you're an expert...(i.e. Photographer, Coach, Trainer, HMU)

3. Make sure that the "View your profile as" role is correct.
- Click on "Profile" dropdown & select "Potential Clients". 

Please note: If you're a non-advertiser, every 30 days the site will redirect you to the "Advertise" section when you click "Potential Contestants". Should that happen, click "Advertise" and then select "Potential Contestants" again. 

Claiming Leads

If you want to reveal the contact information of a contestant, you can select a contact and then click "Claim Now". 

If you want more information about the contact before you choose to claim or purchase it, you can click on the "eye" icon to reveal more details. It will look like this...

After you claim or purchase a contact, their contact record is moved to the "Contact List" tab from the dropdown ( it looks like the below example). You can also export all of your leads onto an Excel spreadsheet by clicking the "Export CSV" button.
