Why is my profile not ranking higher in the directory?

Though being listed on Pageant Planet is free, advertisers received preferred ranking. The higher the package, the better the ranking. If your profile is not ranking as it should then take the following steps to troubleshoot the issue. 

Step 1: Login

Please note that if you have not logged in since the purchase of your advertising package, then the perks will not be activated. 

Step 2: Check your email address

If you signed up for an advertising package using a different email than your registration email on Pageant Planet your perks will not go into effect automatically. 

You can check the email address you signed up with by logging into your account and from your dashboard select "My Account". Please note that you are not able to change your email address. If you need to change it, contact us and we will change this manually for you.

Step 3: Do you have an outstanding balance?

If your account has balance due regardless of intention the downgrade will happen automatically, which means you lose your perks and rankings. Contact us to get your payment caught up.
