My Profile Not Showing Up in the Directory

Pageant Planet has sophisticated caching rules to deliver you the fastest search results possible. Due to caching, profile images, address updates, and name changes can take up to 12 hours to show on the directory side. 

 

If you're a contestant...

If you are not seeing changes after 12 hours and you're a contestant, then (1) make sure all of your profile details are complete, (2) if you're a contestant, make sure that you uncheck the box "I'm a minor" as that will remove you from the directory. If this is accurate and has been more than 12 hours, contact us.

 

If you're a pageant...

If you're a pageant, your profile will only be visible in the directory if you are an active advertiser. You can upgrade your account by clicking here.  If you have recently activated your advertising account, log out and back in. This typically makes your profile visible right away. If this doesn't work, then wait 12 hours and check again. 

 

If you're an expert...(i.e., any other profile)

If you recently added your profile, wait 12 hours and check again. 

 

Please feel free to contact us if you know your profile was added more than 12 hours ago and is complete.
