We’re here to help! If you’re having an issue with an order you’ve placed, here’s what to do:
If your order hasn’t arrived or you just have general questions, email us at:

Be sure to include your order number for faster service.
If your item has been marked “Delivered” but there’s a problem, you can file a dispute within 3 days of the delivery date.
💡 Note: If you ordered multiple items, the 3-day timer begins for each item individually once it’s marked as delivered.
Login to your Pageant Planet account.
Go to “My Orders” and select the order you want to dispute.
Choose a dispute reason:
Product not received
Defective product received
Different product received
Other
A text box will appear for you to describe the issue in detail.
Once submitted, your order will be marked as “Disputed” and the seller will be notified.
The seller will have an opportunity to respond, and our support team will assist in resolving the issue.
If you file a chargeback through your credit card company, you will be responsible for all associated chargeback fees. These must be paid in full before you can continue using any of our services.
