I have a problem with my order. Who can I talk to?

We’re here to help! If you’re having an issue with an order you’ve placed, here’s what to do:


📧 Step 1: Contact Support

If your order hasn’t arrived or you just have general questions, email us at:
support@pageantplanet.com
Be sure to include your order number for faster service.


🚨 Step 2: File a Dispute (If You Received Your Order)

If your item has been marked “Delivered” but there’s a problem, you can file a dispute within 3 days of the delivery date.

💡 Note: If you ordered multiple items, the 3-day timer begins for each item individually once it’s marked as delivered.


📝 How to File a Dispute

  1. Login to your Pageant Planet account.

  2. Go to My Orders and select the order you want to dispute.

  3. Choose a dispute reason:

    • Product not received

    • Defective product received

    • Different product received

    • Other

  4. A text box will appear for you to describe the issue in detail.

  5. Once submitted, your order will be marked as “Disputed” and the seller will be notified.

The seller will have an opportunity to respond, and our support team will assist in resolving the issue.


💳 Chargeback Policy

If you file a chargeback through your credit card company, you will be responsible for all associated chargeback fees. These must be paid in full before you can continue using any of our services.
