Why Some Profile Images Not Clickable
Contestant images that are not clickable are inactive profiles. Profiles are set to inactive by Pageant Planet when they do not have enough information to make them visible.
If you are the owner of an inactive profile take the following steps:
- Log in to your account > Fill in all the required information for your contestant profile. After you have done this, the site will automatically make your profile searchable and clickable.
If the profile is not owned by you, take the following steps:
- Click "Claim this Profile" on any page showing your profile. If admin approves your claim request then you will start seeing this profile in your dashboard.
- Fill out all the information required on that profile. The site will automatically make your profile searchable and clickable after you have done this.
Important Note
- Our system only allows you to manage one contestant profile at a time. If you claimed your contestant profile but then manually created a contestant profile before we approved your claim request, then your claim request will be rejected and your headshot will still not be clickable from the event page. The reason is that the headshot on the event page is attached to the profile for which you sent the claim request, so it's recommended not to create another profile if you already sent the claim request for your existing profile in the system. If this happens to you, contact us, and we will manually merge your profiles together.
