The amount shown on my card isn't the right amount. What should I do?
Please contact us so we can double-check the amount of your order in our system. If we show the correct amount and your transaction is still in a pending or authorized state on your account, it will correct itself once it finalizes and posts. There could have been a donation mistake during a people's choice contest. Our system auto-fills the vote amount to the number of votes needed for your contestant to take first place. If you did not change the quantity, you donated the auto-filled amount. If you see that the incorrect amount was donated, please contact us before the contest has been completed.
