What is the refund / exchange policy?

We understand things don’t always go as planned. Here’s how our return and refund policy works across different parts of our platform:


👑 Pageant Entry Fees

You may request a refund for any reason as long as the request is submitted before the pageant begins.


🎟️ Pageant Ticket Purchases

You can request a refund for any reason as long as the request is received before the event starts.


💼 Hiring Experts (Coaches, Photographers, etc.)

You have 72 hours after purchase to file a dispute and request a refund. After 72 hours, the funds are released to the expert, and we can no longer issue a refund.

🗳️ People’s Choice Votes

Refunds may be requested anytime before the contest ends.
After the contest has ended:

  • The funds are no longer in our possession (they go to the director).

  • Issuing a refund could unfairly impact the contest results.
    Therefore, no refunds are available once voting closes.


🛍️ Physical Shop Items

If your item doesn't fit or isn’t your style, we cannot accept returns—but you’re welcome to re-list the item for sale on Pageant Planet.

If the item was misrepresented (e.g., wrong description or photos), you have 72 hours from delivery to file a dispute with supporting images.

💼 Expert Services & Appearance Fees

If you've hired a contestant, coach, photographer, or other expert through our platform, you may request a refund within 72 hours of purchase.
After 72 hours, funds are transferred directly to the expert and cannot be refunded through Pageant Planet.
